I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a question on 25 October 1978 regarding proposals for the provision of an industry in Bandon. I would add that consideration is being given by the Industrial Development Authority to the construction of an advance factory on their site in the town.
I understand that the former Jacobsen factory has been acquired recently by an existing industry in Bandon for the purposes of relocating part of its operations in the premises.
