Templemore Urban District Council have two schemes comprising 27 dwellings at tender stage. I have told them that they may go ahead with these schemes when they have completed the usual preliminaries to the commencement of work.
From information submitted to me by the council, it would appear that no recoupment of expenditure on these schemes will arise this year. Their claim for expenditure in 1979 will be considered in the normal way in conjunction with other claims for existing commitments in 1979.
