As I indicated on 25 October 1978 in reply to a similar question, no proposals have been received for the reconstruction of Gardiner Street employment exchange.
Certain improvements have been undertaken, including total redecoration which is almost completed. A number of minor works have been completed and work is proceeding on schedule on the outstanding items.
I am in consultation with the trade union concerned about working conditions at the exchange.
