That a supplementary sum not exceeding £2,186,000 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of December, 1978, for grants-in-aid of An t-Udarás um Ard-Oideachas, certain Higher Education Institutions and Services and the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies.
