Order of Business.
On the Order of Business, could I ask the Taoiseach this morning if he has any more information about the likely date for the taking of the Film Industry Bill?
I understand that the Bill is a Private Members' Bill submitted by members of the Labour Party. Is that the one the Deputy is talking about?
The Government have promised a Film Industry Bill. That is the one I am anxious to know about.
If I may proceed, now that we understand each other better, the Labour Party's Bill would be taken in the normal course in Private Members' Time but the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy is preparing the draft of a Film Industry Bill, in fact two Bills. They have yet to come before the Government. It is expected that they will come before the Government and be introduced during this session, perhaps within two months.
