Vol. 312 No. 8

Written Answers. - Clonmel Schools Deputation.

133.

asked the Minister for Finance the results, if any, of a deputation he received last December in relation to (a) the Protestant school, Western Road, Clonmel, County Tipperary and (b) the proposed new Protestant school in Clonmel, County Tipperary.

The preparation of a specification for a scheme of works to the model schools complex at Clonmel including works to the parochial school is nearing completion. It is expected that tenders will be invited shortly.

The proposal for a new Protestant school is only at the initial stages and will require detailed consideration.
