asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the areas where it is proposed to erect telephone kiosks in County Clare this year.

The areas are as follows: Boston, Cloonanaha, Darragh, Hand Cross, Killimer, Knock, Leeds, Maurice's Mills, Noughaval.

262.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when he will be in a position to provide telephone services to applicants in the Clonmore area of Mullingar; and when a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath can expect a telephone service.

Cabling schemes to provide service for applicants in the Clonmore area are scheduled for completion in about a year's time. Provision of service to waiting applicants, including the person in respect of whom details were supplied, will follow completion of the cabling schemes.

263.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will arrange to have a telephone installed for a person (details supplied).

Because of the volume of urgent work on hands, including many earlier applications from persons in the Kanturk exchange area, it is unlikely that it will be possible to provide service for the applicant in question before the middle of next year.
