Estimates of energy requirements for agriculture are not compiled separately but are included in the general national energy estimates. I am not aware of any published energy estimates for the agricultural industry at European level.
The question of energy conservation is kept under review by the Advisory Committee on Energy Conservation which is under the aegis of the Minister for Industry, Commerce an Energy.
