(1) The figure for local authority housing for 1979 is the total of the amounts allocated to date to housing authorities in County Donegal and relates to commitments on hands at 31 December 1978, and new works to be started before 31 July 1979. Additional allocations may, subject to availability of resources, be made to finance additional starts in the second half of 1979.
(2) The 1979 figure for loans and grants is the allocation under that heading for the half year to 30 June 1979. A further allocation will be made for the second half of 1979.
(3) The figures for loans and grants relate to new and previously-occupied houses and are applied by the housing authorities according to demand to either new or previously-occupied houses.
