asked the Minister for the Environment the number of proposals in County Tipperary South Riding and North Riding awaiting sanction and the date when these proposals were submitted in respect of (a) water supply schemes (b) sewerage schemes (c) bridges, roads and other schemes; and the cost involved for each proposal.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to circulate with the Official Report a statement setting out the information requested.

Following is the statement:

(a) Water Schemes—No proposals awaiting sanction by my Department.

(b) Sewerage Schemes—Contract documents are under consideration in the Department in respect of the following sewerage schemes:
