I would refer the Deputy to the reply which I have to a question on this matter by Deputy O'Keeffe in the Official Report of 7 March 1979, columns 945-946, volume 312.
I now expect that, of the two measures to deal with casual trading, the text of the Bill dealing with occasional trading from temporary retail outlets will be circulated within a few weeks. It is my intention that, thereafter, the text of the second Bill, that on roadside trading, should be available for circulation with the minimum of further delay.
