The claim made by the whole-time clerical staffs employed at comprehensive and community schools has been the subject of a Labour Court recommendation. My Department have accepted the recommendation. Implementation of the recommendation has been held up at the request of the ITGWU to give them an opportunity to discuss its details with officials of my Department. A meeting for that purpose is taking place today.
