Trustee Savings Banks Bill, 1979: Order for Second Stage.
I am aware of the Government's desire to get business through quickly but that Bill was in the post this morning. It was this morning that most Deputies, including myself, got it. That also applies to Nos. 3 and 4 on the Order Paper. All these Bills were circulated only today.
That Bill is through the Seanad as far as I know.
We only got it in the post this morning. I agree with it being taken tomorrow but I am just registering the fact that this and the Tourist Bill and the B & I Bill were all in Deputies' post this morning only and the Government now tell us that these are urgent matters to be got through the House this week.
