asked the Minister for Social Welfare the cost of reduction of the OAP non-contributory age of eligibility to 65 years taking into account eligibility for free travel and free electricity.

The estimated cost of reducing the qualifying age for non-contributory old age pension to 65 years including the cost of eligibility for free travel and free electricity is £10.0 million.
