Order of Business.

It is proposed to take No. 3 on the Order Paper. By agreement it is proposed that the following arrangements shall apply in the debate on this item: (1) the speech of each Member called on, other than the opening and concluding speakers, shall not exceed 30 minutes (2) the final speakers from the Labour Party and Fine Gael shall be called on not later than 2.15 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. respectively on Wednesday next and (3) a member of the Government shall be called on not later than 3.35 p.m. on Wednesday next to conclude the debate.
