RTE are aware of the existence of pockets in the area where reception is less than satisfactory. RTE hope to improve reception in the area by rebuilding the transmitting aerials at Mullaghanish but because of more pressing commitments they do not expect to be able to carry out this work until some time in 1981 at the earliest.
