While the allocation of a site at the Phoenix Park Extension, Islandbridge, for Gael Scoil Inse Chóir, Baile Atha Cliath or for any State building project would save Exchequer money in respect of site purchase it is not proposed to allocate the site as the lands are reserved for amenity and recreational purposes.

Mr. Mitchell asked the Minister for Finance if, in view of the fact that the Minister for Education has now approved the continuation of Gael Scoil Inse Chór, he will approve the transfer of the site at Islandbridge from the Office of Public Works to An Bord Bainistíochta of the Scoil and if such approval would save Exchequer money.
