: Applications for certificates of reasonable value in respect of these sites were received on 23 July 1979, and certificates were issued on 24 October 1979 approving a price of £18,500 for site no. 1 and £18,250 for the other sites.

An application for a revised certificate in respect of sites nos. 3 and 5 at a proposed price of £19,150 was received on 20 February 1980. To enable the application to be determined the applicant was requested on 5 March 1980 to forward additional information which is still awaited. If, after full examination of all relevant aspects of the application, the proposed price appears to represent reasonable value a revised certificate will be issued.
