£3.2 million is being allocated under the environmental improvement schemes programme for recoupment to local authorities in 1980. £1.5 million of this sum is provided for under subhead G of my Department's Estimates and the remaining £1.7 million is being made available from the Employment Guarantee Fund. Local authorities will shortly be notified of their individual allocations.
