Vol. 319 No. 6

Written Answers. - Company's Alleged Misbehaviour.

307.

asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to complaints regarding alleged misbehaviour by a company (details supplied) in Dublin, in regard to aspects of the planning—anti-litter laws and other local difficulties and if he will have these complaints investigated.

I have received no complaints about this matter. I understand from Dublin Corporation that complaints about the premises in question are at present being examined by them. The complaints in question are matters for investigation by the local authority and accordingly an investigation by officials of my Department does not arise.
