asked the Minister for Health when he proposes to introduce the regulations under the Family Planning Act, 1979, if it is intended to consult again with all interested parties on these regulations prior to their being tabled before Dáil Éireann and when it is envisaged the consultation will now take place.
I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to take Questions Nos. 25 and 26 together.
I expect to have consultations soon with a number of interested parties on a draft of these regulations. Until these consultations are completed I cannot fix a date for the introduction of the regulations.
