The Deputy will be aware that the Labour Court investigated this dispute and issued their findings on 11 May 1980. These are being considered by the staff organisations concerned and are being put to ballot.
The employing authorities, namely the health boards, have accepted the court's findings and I have indicated that I shall make the resources available to implement them.
