A payable order for the amount due to this flockowner on foot of his 1979 sheep headage payments scheme application was despatched on 26 October 1979 but was not presented for payment. This payable order has now been cancelled on expiration of the six months period of validity which ended on 30 April. A new payable order for the amount due is being issued.
