There has been no delay in paying the second instalment of the non marketing of milk premium to this herdowner. It does not fall due for payment until later in the year. The necessary in-spection of his herd and holding will take place in the next month or two and if it is established that the terms and conditions of the scheme are being complied with, payment of the amount due can then be made.
