Local Government (Building Land) Bill, 1980: Order for Second Stage.
Bill entitled an Act to provide in accordance with the exigencies of the common good and for the furtherance of the principles of social justice for the better control of the supply and price of building land, and for that purpose to make better provision for the acquisition and disposal of land by local authorities; to make further provision as to compensation in respect of land acquired by local authorities; to provide for the establishment of a Lands Tribunal and for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
