asked the Minister for Education if he will state in respect of Leixlip community school, Dublin (a) the parties to the agreement to establish the school, (b) the members of the management board for the purposes of the selection and appointment of the principal as advertised on 5 June 1980, and (c) when it is proposed to take enrolments for pupils.

(a) The parties to act as trustees in the case of Leixlip Community school will be nominees of the Dublin Catholic Diocesan Authority and of the County Kildare Vocational Education Committee; (b) the selection committee for the appointment of teachers will consist of two representatives of the religious authorities; two representatives of the County Kildare Vocational Education Committee, one of whom will be the Chief Executive Officer or his nominee and an inspector of the Department. The Board of management will be constituted as follows: three nominees of the religious authority; three nominees of the Vocational Education Committee; two elected parents; two teacher's nominees, and the principal of the school who will be a non-voting member; (c) it is expected that the enrolment of pupils will commence as soon as the board of management is set up.
