In the year ended 31 March 1980 the Land Commission initiated proceedings for the compulsory acquisition or voluntary purchase of 81 estates, one of which is in County Waterford.
This is a voluntary sale to the Land Commission and in such cases it is not the practice to disclose any details until the sale has been completed.
