National Institute for Higher Education, Dublin, Bill, 1980: Order for Second Stage .

Bill entitled an Act to establish an Institute of Higher Education to be known in the Irish language as an Foras Náisiúnta um Ard-Oideachas, Baile Átha Cliath, and in the English language as the National Institute for Higher Education, Dublin, to define its functions and to provide for other matters connected with the foregoing.
