asked the Minister for Labour if his attention has been drawn to a fatal accident at the ESB power station in Ringsend, Dublin in August 1980 (details supplied) in which an employee was locked inside a condenser and killed; if the factory inspectorate of his Department has received a report on the accident; and if he is satisfied that the safety standards of the ESB are now such that there can be no such recurrence.
