: Payments in respect of supervising of the 1980 certificate examinations, including travelling and subsistence allowances, were made on 27 August 1980 to all those whose claims were received prior to that date, approximately 2,250.
Late claims subsequently received, approximately 50, have also been paid. Additional payments, arising from revised mileage rates recently sanctioned by the Department of the Public Service were issued on 4 November.
