Vol. 325 No. 3

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9 (Vote 9), 10 and 11.

I am still awaiting some documents from Luxembourg arising from the Summit. I suggested to the Whips that it would be better to postpone until next Tuesday my report on the European Summit and I understand that is acceptable to the Opposition parties.

On the Order of Business, in the last few days it came to my attention that, either by oversight or by mistake, when the Minister for Health was bringing legislation through the House to deal with supplementary payments to social welfare recipients he overlooked the fact that he had not the power——

That does not arise on the Order of Business.

On the Order of Business, I want the Chair to instruct me as to how I can have this matter remedied. There is an injustice——

The matter does not arise on the Order of Business and the Deputy knows that full well.

The Chair ruled me out of order yesterday because I should have raised it last week.

The Deputy does not put himself into order by raising this on the Order of Business. The Deputy is totally out of order. Item No. 1.

(Interruptions.)
