asked the Minister for Agriculture the date that a farm grant for a concrete yard which was passed in June, 1980 and a land reclamation grant which was passed in October, 1980 will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

The applicant is classified as a development farmer and is, therefore required to keep farm accounts. Payment of the grants could not be made until the applicant submitted evidence that he has in fact kept the necessary accounts. This evidence has come to hand recently and the grants will be paid shortly.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange to pay a drainage grant to an applicant (details supplied) without further delay.

The grant has been paid.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the date that the grants due in respect of land drainage, silage pit and two cubicle sheds will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

The work in this case was only certified recently. The grants will be paid when normal processing procedures have been completed.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the exact date that a grant due for farm buildings, which is overdue, will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

The applicant is classed as a development farmer and is, therefore, required to keep farm accounts. Payment of the grant cannot be made until the applicant submits the appropriate current extract to confirm that he has in fact kept the necessary accounts.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the date that a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny will receive payment of a land reclamation grant which has been passed since November 1980.
