asked the Minister for Social Welfare the date that the next of kin of a deceased person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny will receive payment in respect of cheques for disability benefit from 1978 to the date of death which were returned to his Department on 17 August 1979 as they were out of date.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare when he intends to replace the cheques returned for redating by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to take Questions Nos. 348 and 349 together as they refer to the same person.
A cheque in replacement of the cheques returned for redating issued on 20 January 1981.
