Vol. 326 No. 1

Written Answers. - Westmeath Water Supply Loss

312.

asked the Minister for Finance why the Office of Public Works have not compensated a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath for the loss of water supply and for other damage caused by drainage operations.

The Commissioners of Public Works do not consider that their works were the cause of the loss of water in this instance. However, the matter is being reconsidered.
