Vol. 326 No. 2

Written Answers. - Tuam (Galway) School.

84.

asked the Minister for Education when sanction will be given for the erection of an additional classroom at St. Colman's national school, Cummer, Tuam, County Galway.

85.

asked the Minister for Education if he is aware that the contribution being sought by his Department from the parents of the pupils of St. Colman's national school, Cummer, Tuam, County Galway towards the cost of the erection of an additional classroom is much higher than the departmental demand in respect of other similar projects in County Galway; and if he will have it reduced.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 84 and 85 together.

A grant has recently been sanctioned towards the cost of the proposed extension scheme at St. Colman's school, Cummer. The preparation of working drawings and bills of quantities may now proceed.
