asked the Minister for Agriculture if the Land Commission will investigate the possibility of having the Shaughnessey estate, Tullavrick, Oughterard, County Galway acquired and divided between local small farmers.

It is understood that this small property of four ha. was sold last year and that the purchaser has expended a considerable sum on reclamation. In the circumstances it is not proposed to take any action towards acquisition of the lands.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if the Land Commission will acquire the Daly estate at Ballinastack, Ballyglunin, Tuam, County Galway.

The Land Commission have had inquiries made regarding this small property of three hectares and are satisfied that steps should not be taken towards the acquisition of the lands.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when the Land Commission intend to divide the Crehan estate at Cross, Menlough, Ballinasloe, County Galway.

The Land Commission hope to include this property in next year's allotment programme.
