Payment of grants under the 1980 sheep headage scheme is proceeding satisfactorily. So far grants have been paid to over 85 per cent of the participating flockowners. Processing of the remaining cases will be completed within the next few weeks and flockowners whose applications are found to be in order will then be paid the grants due.
