Vol. 326 No. 4

Written Answers. - Connemara Handicapped Children's School.

224.

asked the Minister for Health if he has received a request for financial assistance from the Western Health Board for the school for handicapped children at Cleegan, Connemara, County Galway; and if he is aware that this school will have to close unless aid is granted at an early date.

The Western Health Board have recently sought a special allocation of funds from my Department in respect of this centre. This is being discussed with the health board and I will keep the Deputy informed.
