Following receipt of numerous complaints about this system my Department carried out an inspection and directed the licensee to rectify a number of major faults. A further inspection will be arranged as soon as resources permit. If the system is still found to be in breach of the technical conditions attached to his licence the question of revoking the contractor's licence will receive serious consideration.
