A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been completed and that the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.
Delay in dealing with the case was due to the fact that relevant information requested by the Department in February 1980 was not furnished until 28 January 1981.
