asked the Minister for the Environment when a reconstruction grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as all the work has been completed for some time.

The Department have no record of the receipt of a house improvement grant application from the person named.

asked the Minister for the Environment when the balance of a reconstruction grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

When my Department are notified that work is complete, an inspection will be arranged with a view to payment of the balance of the grant, if in order.

A reconstruction grant and a sewerage grant were paid to the person named in December 1979.

A grant will be paid when the applicant furnishes evidence of planning permission requested of him by my Department on two occasions and provided that an inspection establishes that work has been satisfactorily completed and is in order for payment.

The Department were notified on 19 January 1981 that work has been completed. A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the work has been satisfactorily completed and is in order for payment. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a solid fuel conversion grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the work has been completed for some time.

The applicant has been requested to complete and submit the correct application form as his original application was made on the wrong form. When this is received in the Department the case will be examined without delay.

195.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the payment of a home improvement grant and a grant to reduce dependence on oil to a person (details supplied) in south west Cork; and if arrangements will now be made to pay these grants.

There has been no undue delay in the Department in dealing with these applications. The files are with the inspector for a report with a view to the payment of the grants if in order. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.
