I understand that the City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee are formulating proposals to upgrade the facilities available at the College of Commerce, Rathmines. These proposals will be given full consideration when they have been received in my Department. It will be appreciated that in the meantime I am not in a position to indicate dates for implementation of any proposals which may be agreed in due course.
