I move:
(1) That the proceedings on Financial Motion No. 9 — Amendment of Law — if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 6.45 p.m. on Wednesday, 4 March, 1981, by putting from the Chair forthwith the Question necessary to bring them to a conclusion; and
(2) that members as indicated hereunder shall be called on by the Chair to speak in the debate on the said motion not later than the times specified:—
(a) 3.30 p.m. a Member nominated by the Labour Party;
(b) 4.30 p.m. a Member nominated by Fine Gael; and
(c) 5.30 p.m. a Member of the Government to conclude the debate.
