Mr. Keating

asked the Taoiseach the number of registered unemployed at each of the Dublin city exchanges in each of the last five years; and if he will give a breakdown of the figures in so far as it is possible into three monthly periods in respect of males and females.

The numbers of persons registered at the Dublin city exchanges at the end of March, June, September and December for the years 1976 to 1980 are shown in the following table, together with the latest available information relating to 27 February 1981.
