Further consideration of this case is deferred pending receipt of a reply from the applicant to my Department's query of 2 December 1980, requesting information required to establish his eligibility for the grant.

Payment will be made in this case when an inspection confirms that the work has been completed and is eligible for a grant. The inspection will be carried out shortly.
