asked the Minister for Justice the number of prosecutions, if any, which have been instituted in relation to speeches made in O'Connell Street, Dublin, on the evening of 13 May 1981.

Garda investigations are at present taking place into the speeches made in O'Connell Street, Dublin, on the evening of 13 May 1981. When these investigations are completed a file on the matter will be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions for decision as to whether there will be any prosecutions.
