asked the Minister for the Environment when a £1,000 new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Carlow.
A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and that the other conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment when an inspection will be carried out in respect of an application for a reconstruction grant and septic tank for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny with a view to the payment of the grant.
There is no record of an application from the person named. An application for reconstruction and water and sewerage grants was, however, received from a person of the same address but with a different christian name. If this is the case in question the position is that the applicant was paid a maximum £600 reconstruction grant and a maximum £350 water-sewerage grant on 30 April 1981.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have an inspection carried out on a new house which is owned by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny with a view to the payment of the £1,000 new house grant which has been refused due to the fact that the house is alleged to be outside the qualifying floor-area limit.
The house in question was not built in accordance with the house plan submitted with the application for a grant. The applicant was asked on 25 February 1981 to submit a plan of the house as actually built but, to date, he has not done so. When the plan requested is received, the application will be further processed.
