A reconstruction grant of £200 under the old scheme of grants was paid to the person named on 28 October 1977. There is no trace of any later application.

Under the Housing Regulations, 1980 (as amended), the latest date for completion of work and the receipt in the Department of claims for payment was 30 June 1981. A letter received from the applicant on 24 June 1981 stated that the work was not yet complete and no further communication was received by the required date. Accordingly a grant cannot now be paid.
