Bord na Móna total capital expenditure for the six factories was funded by means of Exchequer advances, loans from other agencies and internal revenue. As the cost of providing the factories referred to was met out of the board's overall capital expenditure the costs shown do not indicate the amount of the Exchequer advance to any particular project. No grant aid was received by Bord na Móna in respect of any of these factories. The cost shown for the Littleton project is the estimated final cost.
