On average the time of High Court judges is spread over the various divisions of work in the following proportions: (a) jury actions, 23 per cent; (b) circuit appeals, 4 per cent; (c) family law, 16 per cent; (d) chancery actions, 16 per cent; (e) non-jury actions, other than chancery, 16 per cent; (f) criminal trials (Central Criminal and Special Criminal Courts), 20 per cent; (g) other matters, 5 per cent.
